Everything about how, when and where we ship your order. For anything after delivery — returns, refunds or cancellations — see our separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Article 1 — Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number.
Article 2 — Shipping, costs and delivery estimates
We ship worldwide, and every order — domestic and international — includes tracking. Shipping is free for all customers.
Estimated delivery times (counted from dispatch, after processing):

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery times do not include the 1–3 business day processing period in Article 1.
Article 3 — VAT, taxes and customs duties
We charge no VAT and free shipping — we keep the price you see simple.
Please note that for some international destinations, the local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes when your package enters the country. These charges are set by the destination country, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are the most common cause of the delays described in Article 5.
Article 4 — Tracking your order
Once your goods have shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number.
If you have not received that email, or if the tracking number does not seem to work, there is no need to worry — contact us at contact@thepinkelement.com and we will sort it out. For any more detailed tracking information, email us at the same address and we will help.
Article 5 — Unexpected delays
In some cases delivery can take longer than the standard times in Article 2. Most of these delays are caused by international customs clearance, which is outside our control. If your package is taking too long to arrive, contact us at contact@thepinkelement.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Article 6 — Shipping protection
If offered at checkout, optional shipping protection lets our support team resolve delivery problems for you quickly and is non-refundable. If you did not add shipping protection, some delivery situations (see Article 7) may need to be pursued directly with the courier.

Article 7 — Undelivered or lost packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- EU and UK consumers: By law, the risk of loss stays with us until the goods are physically delivered to you or someone you have nominated. Contact us at contact@thepinkelement.com and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right. A "delivered" tracking status alone does not remove your rights.
- Other customers: We do not automatically issue a refund where tracking shows the item as delivered. If you added shipping protection, contact our support team. If you did not, please contact the courier directly to investigate the delivery status.
For packages delayed in transit, see Article 5 — contact us and we will help you follow up with the carrier.
Article 8 — Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address results in unsuccessful delivery and return of your package, a restocking fee of USD $10.00 applies. Alternatively, we can dispatch a replacement if shipping protection was included with your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us at contact@thepinkelement.com as soon as possible — if the order has not yet shipped, we will try to correct it.
